Do you want to return a product or part of your order? This is easy with HorseFlex’s return service. Return your order in a few steps, but pay attention to the following conditions:
If you want to return an item, you can easily do this yourself via this link: https://horseflex.shipping-portal.com/. Enter your zip code and the order number or Track & Trace number and return your order in a few steps! Note: Did you buy your product through Amazon? Please register your return also through Amazon.
From the moment we have received your order back in our warehouse, we have fourteen working days to process the return. Once we have processed the return, it can take up to five working days before you have received the purchase amount on your account. Please note: we work together with Mollie Payments. The refund that you will receive on your account will be under the name of Mollie Payments.
Packages that cannot be delivered, refused by the recipient, or are not collected from a Parcelshop within 7 days, will be returned to HorseFlex. For this method of return, the shipping costs incurred by us will be deducted from the purchase amount. If the package is received in the normal way and then returned, the regular agreements apply.
For returning an order, we ask for a contribution to the shipping costs, which differ per country.
